Paragraph 5 under Schedule 15 of the said Amending Act 2022 (Chapter 31) introduced amendments to section 48(6) (relating to public administration) under Chapter III (Acts Permitted in relation to Copyright Works) of this consolidated Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 where “the Health Services Safety Investigations Body,” was inserted after “the Care Quality Commission". This amendment came into effect on October 1, 2023.
