Article 1 of the said amending Law No. XIII-2731 introduced amendments to paragraph 2 of Article 42 under Chapter VI of this consolidated version of Law on Designs. The unofficial English translation was consolidated on September 1, 2022. This date is not related to a legal amendment of the Law on Designs and it is referred to the date on which the English text was consolidated.
