Article IX of the said amending Law No. 254 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version: - In Article 59, paragraph (4) under Section 2, Chapter IV, the text "in the court according to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure" is replaced by the text "at the court in whose jurisdiction AGEPI's seat is located". - In Article 94, paragraph (2) under Section 1, Chapter VII, the phrase "Chisinau Court of Appeal" is replaced by the word "Judicatures".
