This consolidated version of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 61-FZ of April 12, 2010, on Circulation of Medicines takes into account amendments up to Federal Law No. 206-FZ of July 13, 2020, on Amendments to Certain Laws of the Russian Federation on the Issues of Providing Citizens with Medicines, Medical Devices and Specialized Health Food Products, which entered into force on July 13, 2020, September 1, 2020, and January 1, 2021.
The said amending Federal Law No. 206-FZ introduced amendments, which entered into force on July 16, 2020, to the following provisions of this consolidated version:
- Article 4, item 6) under Chapter 1;
- Article 60, item 1, subitem 1) under Chapter 12;
- Article 67, item 7.1 under Chapter 14.
