The said amending Law No. 4940 of September 3, 2019 added paragraph 7 to Article 191 under Chapter XXIII, Section Four, Book Two of this consolidated version.

This consolidated version of the Code of Civil Procedure contains provisions relating to legal proceedings of cases on the infringement of intellectual property rights (see Book Two, Section Seven^5, Chapter XLIV^12, Articles 363^25 to 363^29).
