This consolidated version of the Code of Civil Procedure of Georgia takes into account amendments up to 'Law No. 5014 of September 20, 2019, on Amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure', which enters into force on June 1, 2020.
The said amending Law No. 5014 of September 20, 2019 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version:
- Book One, Section One, Chapter I, Article 5^1 (added); Section Two, Chapter IX, Article 80, paragraph 5 & Article 81^1 (amended), Article 83, paragraph 1^1 (added);
- Book Two, Section Four, Chapter XXVII, Article 251^1 (added), Chapter XXVIII, Article 268, paragraph 1^2 (added); and Section Six, Chaptter XLII, Article 350, paragraph 4 (amended).
This consolidated version of the Code of Civil Procedure contains provisions relating to legal proceedings of cases on the infringement of intellectual property rights (see Book Two, Section Seven^5, Chapter XLIV^12, Articles 363^25 to 363^29).
