This consolidated Order incorporates amendments up to Order of the Minister of Justice No. 364 of June 30, 2015, which came into force on September 7, 2015. For the amendments introduced by the said Order No. 364, see the following provisions of the consolidated Order:
- Paragraph 3;
- Annex 1 “Rules on Drafting and Examination of Applications for Patents, Recording of the Information in the State Register of Patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Issuance of Title of Protection”;
- Annex 2 “Rules on Drafting and Examination of Applications for Utility Models, Recording of the Information in the State Register of Utility Models of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Issuance of Title of Protection”;
- Annex 3 “Rules on Drafting and Examination of Trademark Applications”.
