'Article Three of this Decree adds a second paragraph to both Article 27 and Article 144 of the Federal Law on Copyright, as follows:
Article 27.- ...

The foregoing shall be without prejudice to the obligation of broadcasting concessionaires to permit the retransmission of their signal and the obligation of restricted television concessionaires to retransmit this signal in accordance with the terms laid down in the Federal Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law and without prejudice to the corresponding copyright and related rights.
Article 144.- ...

The First Transitional Provision of the Decree states that it comes into force 30 calendar days following its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Decree was published in the Official Gazette on July 14, 2014, and came into force on August 13, 2014.
