The notification by Kazakhstan to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'[The Order] approves the Rules on preparation and consideration of application for industrial design, inclusion of data into the State Register of Industrial Designs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and issue of protection document'

This consolidated version of the Order incorporates amendments up to Order of the Minister of Justice No. 362 of June 30, 2015, which came into force on September 8, 2015 (see the annexed Rules of the consolidated Order for the amendments).
