This consolidated version of the Enforcement Decree of the Agricultural and Marine Products Quality Control Act incorporates all the amendments from 1999 up to 2013 (see paragraph 19-2 of Article 42(1); and paragraph 30-2 of Article 42(6) for the amendments made by Presidential Decree No. 24838 of November 13, 2013, which entered into force on November 14, 2013).
Among other provisions, Articles 12-18 of this consolidated Enforcement Decree detail the requirements and procedures of the registration of geographical indications.
