The consolidated Code provides for application of provisional measures if any delay is likely to cause irreparable harm to the right holder (Section 2, Subsection 2, Chapter 15), and non-recognition of foreign state immunity from proceedings concerning the infringement of intellectual property rights (Section 5, Chapter 46, Article 439).
