Year of Version 2009 Dates Entry into force: May 5, 1975 Adopted: March 28, 1975 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Geographical Indications, Other Notes This law consolidates all amendments until 2009.

This law contains provisions on intellectual property rights.
Article 2 presents one of the purpose of this law, which is 'to prevent fraud and misrepresentation'.
Article 3 indicates the 'marks, seals, seals, labels, certificates, notices, signs, packaging, names or other particulars or documents'.
Article 5 enumerates the 'offenses provided by this law and its implementing decrees'.
Articles 6 -13 enumerate the various sentences relating to the counterfeiting of products.
