For provisions concerning artists and performers' contracts, see Title II, Chapter IV.
Article 145-I provides that artist and performers shall autorize the use or commercial exploitation of their image when it comes to purpose other than the main object of the contract.
Article 145-K states that intellectual property rights of authors, composers, artists and performers shall not be affected by the provisions contained in Chapter IV of this Code.

For provisions concerning professional athletes contracts, see Title II, Chapter VI.
Article 152 bis F provides that employers require the authorization from the athletes regarding to the use and commercial exploitation of their image for purposes other than main object of the employment contract.
