Year of Version 2002 Dates Entry into force: July 1, 2002 Issued: May 31, 2002 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations   Subject Matter Geographical Indications Subject Matter (secondary) IP Regulatory Body Notes This decree implements “Act No. 452 of 29 November 2001 on the Protection of Designations of Origin and Geographical Indications and on the Amendment to the Act on the Consumer Protection” by listing the agricultural products and foodstuffs intended for human nutrition as well as agricultural products not intended for human nutrition for inclusion of which in the Register of Designations of Origin and Geographical Indications a specification shall be presented.
