Notification States:
'The Penal Code and Act on Penal Procedure provide for criminal procedures and penalties to be applied in cases of trademark and appellation of origin, counterfeiting, infringement of patents, industrial designs, utility-designs or topographies of integrated circuits and copyright and related rights. Remedies include imprisonment and/or monetary fines and forfeiture. The Code's provisions on abuse of information in commercial relations provide remedies against unauthorized use of undisclosed information acquired through employment or profession whose disclosure substantially affects the decision making process in commercial relations.'
