Notes:	Article 2.3 of the Law defines that the law does not cover the relations, arising from the rights belonging to the persons owning inventions, trademarks and copyright, except for cases of willful use of these rights with the purpose to restrict the competition. Article 12 of the Law defines list of actions which are considered illegal by patent and licenses owner.
