The Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) (formerly Lesotho Telecommunications Authority (LTA)), established under the Lesotho Telecommunications Authority Act 2000, is an autonomous and independent regulatory body with supervisory roles over all aspects of telecommunications development in Lesotho.
