Year of Version 2011 Dates Adopted: March 22, 2011 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Patents (Inventions), Plant Variety Protection, Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, IP Regulatory Body, Industrial Property Notes The Statute Law Revision Act 2011 (No. 5, 2011) makes various amendments of the statute law of the Commonwealth, repeals certain obsolete Acts, and provides for related purposes
