Notes:	Kenya has initiated a review of its Constitution in 2010 to integrate intellectual property rights and a final draft proposal for a new Constitution has been released on 6 May 2010 and published by the Attorney-General in accordance with section 34 of the Constitution of Kenya Review Act, 2008 (No. 9 of 2008). The new Constitution, which replaced the first Constitution of Kenya, was subjected to a referendum on August 4, 2010 and approved by 67% of Kenyan voters. It was promulgated on 27 August 2010.
