The principal Copyright Act 1968 (Act No. 63 of 1968) was most recently amended only by the Schedule 1 (items 135–144) of the Broadcasting Legislation Amendment (Digital Television) Act 2010 that entered into force on 30 June 2010. The amendments made by this Schedule were incorporated into the most current Act compilation for the Australia’s copyright law.
This compilation, which was prepared 7 July 2010 by the Office of Legislative Drafting and Publishing, Attorney-General’s Department, Canberra consolidates the amendments to the principal Copyright Act up to the Broadcasting Legislation Amendment (Digital Television) Act 2010 (Act No. 94, 2010) .
