The notification by Chile to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states:

'This Code establishes the procedural rules for the various types of civil action and steps by the judicial authority and by the parties in a procceding. Book III, title XI, refers to the expedited procedure designed to hear and penalize cases and infringements of copyright and related rights.'
