The Code shall apply supplementally to the Industrial Property Law and the Federal Copyright Law. According to Article 187 of the Industrial Property Law and Article 213 of the Federal Copyright Law, any civil action brought in connection with copyright and neighboring rights or industrial property rights shall be prepared, conducted and ruled upon in accordance with the provisions of the Law and the Regulations under it, with the Federal Code of Civil Procedure being applicable subsidiarily before Federal courts.
