Notes:	This Act amends the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and provides that it is not an offence to kill, injure, take, trade, keep or move longfin mako, shortfin mako and porbeagle sharks in or from Commonwealth waters when that action is taken during the course of recreational fishing.
