Chapter VII of the Constitution guarantees the right to own property (Article 105), the freedom of scientific research, artistic and other creative activity, the protection to copyrights and patents (Article 113), and the right to preserve and develop the ethnic and cultural identity of ethnic minorities (Article 114).
