Notes:This Order will appoint the day on which section 198 of the Copyright and
Related Rights Act 2000 comes into operation.
The purpose of section 198 is to ensure that copies of books first made available
in the State are delivered to certain libraries. The section updates the deposit
scheme as set out in section 56 of the 1963 Copyright Act (repealed).
