'This Amendment indicates that Article 59 of the Swiss Criminal Code (as amended on March 18, 1994) refers to the confiscation of assets obtained as the result of an infringement.'
Note that Article 59 was changed to Article 70 in the later consolidated versions of the Swiss Criminal Code. |
