Notes:	This Law aims to regulate 'relations, pertaining to arbitrage proceedings of disputes over property or non-property rights between legal entities' (See 'General Provisions', Article 1 'Purpose of the Law') On May 9, 2003, the Law on Arbitration which is based on the UNCITRAL Model law on International Commercial Arbitration, was adopted by Parliament of Mongolia. The Law was elaborated by leading practitioners of international arbitration.
