Notes:	This Law prohibits the forgery or fraudulent use of authentication or other product quality marks, producer name, product origin or the passing off of a fake/defective product as genuine/quality (Article 5). Marks on the products must meet the requirements listed in Article 27, or the producer or seller shall be ordered to make rectification (Articles 53-54).
