Notes:	-This Law defines the concept of economic associations and the principles by which they are to be regulated as well as the rights and duties of their participants and founders -Article 13 contains provisions on intellectual property, which reads: 'The contributions of the participants and founders of the association may include: buildings, houses, equipment and other material valuables, valuable papers, rights for using land, water and other natural resources, constructions, equipment and other property rights including intellectual property, money resources, including hard currency'
