Year of Version 2009 Dates Entry into force: June 11, 2009 Adopted: June 9, 2009 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Industrial Property Notes This Decree is an Order-in-Council (décret en Conseil d’État) issued by the Prime Minister, with the mandated advisory consultation of the State Council, in order to amend provisions of the Intellectual Property Code relating to the management of the industrial property results from research conducted by civil servants or public officials.
