'This Decree implements Council Regulation (EC) No 1383/2003 of 22 July establishing a customs action against goods suspected of infringing certain intellectual property rights and measures against goods that violate these rights'
Notification states:
'O presente Decreto -lei dá execução ao Regulamento (CE) n.º 1383/2003, do Conselho, de 22 de Julho, que institui a intervenção
das autoridades aduaneiras em relação às mercadorias suspeitas de violarem certos direitos de propriedade intelectual e medidas contra mercadorias que violem esses direitos'
