Chapter I, Article 5: - The provisions of this Act does not derogate from the protections granted or recognized by specific statutes, including the texts relating to intellectual property.
Chapter II: fair competition; Article 9: - Advertising aimed to compare goods or services of others over those of another
in any form whatsoever, including the citation or the representation of the trademark, trade or service, the citation or the representation of the name or corporate name, trade name or brand, engages the responsibility of its author if it is not honest and truthful and is likely to mislead the consumer.
