The Copyright (Specified Countries) Order, 2005 (SRO 16 of 2005) is issued pursuant to sections 2(1) and 6(11) of the Copyright Act. It has been revised and included in the Laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Revised Edition 2009.

The notification by Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'This Order declares that the countries enumerated in its schedule being members of the Bern Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works of 1886, are specified countries for the purposes of copyright protection in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.'
