Notes
The notification by Chile to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'Title II of Law No. 19.912 ('Border Measures for the Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights'), comprising Articles 6 to 18, implements Section 4 of Part III of the TRIPS Agreement ('Special Requirements Related to Border Measures').
Furthermore, Article 20 of Law No. 19.912 amends Law No. 17.336 on Intellectual Property to bring it into line with the obligations under Section 1 of Part II of the TRIPS Agreement ('Copyright and Related Rights').'
