'Definition of anti-competitive practices.
- Article 3.2: regulates the relationship between cartel law and intellectual property law, reservation regarding impediments to
competition directly linked to intellectual property (see also Article 6.1(d)).
- Article 5: unlawful anti-competitive practices.
- Article 6: agreements reputedly justified on grounds of economic efficiency.'

Dates of entry into force: July 1, 1996 and Art. 18 to 25, February 1, 1996.
