'Complete overhaul of the Ordinance following the revision of the Law on the Protection of New Plant Varieties under the above-mentioned Federal Order (Federal Order approving the Revised International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants and the amendments to the Law on the Protection of New Plant Varieties and the Law on Patents for Inventions).'
