'The Code provides for basic principles in criminal proceedings, the orders and procedures for initiating criminal proceedings, investigation, prosecution, judgement and enforcement of criminal cases, including cases related to intellectual property.'

Article 7 of Chapter III ' Fundamental Rights' provides for the protection of (...) property of citizens.
