Notes:	The notification by Venezuela to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'In this Resolution, the Ministry of Development laid down the procedure for processing applications by natural or legal persons wishing to take out mortgages on commercial establishments and industrial machinery, or on copyright and industrial property in accordance with Article 19.6 of the Law on Chattel Mortgages and Non-Disposessory Pledges.'
