Year of Version 1994 Dates Entry into force: June 24, 1994 Adopted: June 24, 1994 Type of Text Main IP Laws Subject Matter Patents (Inventions), Industrial Designs, Trademarks, Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes The notification by Turkey to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'The law establishes the Turkish Patent Institute for the protection of industrial property rights.
Fees for patents, trademarks, industrial designs, geographical signs are determined according to the official communiqué every year.'
