'Section 3 - Protection of works. All artistic, literary and scientific work are entitled to protection.
Section 28: Marks of Protection
(i) where a copy of a sound recording is made for commercial purposes, there shall be printed on the label or its container a notice consisting of: (a) the symbol P and (b) the year in which the sound recording was first published, place in such a manner as to give reasonable notice of a claim to protection of the rights of the producer.'
