Notes:	It is the ACT XIII of 2000, as amended by Acts VI of 2001, IX of 2003 and IX of 2009. The Act makes new provision in respect of copyright and neighbouring rights and certain “sui generis” intellectual property rights in substitution of the provisions of the Copyright Act, Cap. 196. Part VII concerns about right on database and Part VIII concerns about right on semiconductor product topographies.
