Notes:	This Law aims to regulate matters related to the protection of copyright and use of the works that are subject to copyright. It has been amended for the first time by the Law of February 1, 1997 (see Article 6(13) for the amending provisions). Article 3(3) provides protection of a sui generis nature for traditional cultural expressions/expressions of folklore.
