The provisions relating to the following subject matters of intellectual property are for the first time introduced into the copyright law: the computer programs and databases; the rights of phonogram producers, film producers and broadcasting organizations; the technological protection measures and rights management information; the civil law protection including the provisional measures, the measures for securing evidence and other information; the custom measures against copyright infringement and copyright misdemeanor infringement.

The provisions on the ex-officio inspection for copyright infringement cases are for the first time introduced through a competent Service/Department in the Ministry of Culture.
