Year of Version 2006 Dates Entry into force: July 20, 2001 Adopted: July 12, 2001 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights) Notes The notification by the Republic of Moldova to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'The Decision contains detailed provisions on the application of Article 25 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights Nº 293-XIII related to the calculation of the minimum fees for authors' rewards for the use of the works protected by copyright and related rights.'

Date of entry into force: see Article 76 of the Constitution for further details.
