'This Decree defines the different designations, including appellations of origin, for wine which may be produced and marketed in Morocco.
It should be noted that the National Vini- and Viticultural Commission, the purpose of which is to handle applications for appellation of origin labels and to propose that such labels be granted, is established under Article 12 of this Decree.'
