Year of Version 1998 Dates Entry into force: May 1, 1998 Adopted: February 12, 1997 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, Other Notes The notification by Morocco to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'This Law gives these Courts exclusive jurisdiction to hear trade disputes. These Courts also have sole competence to entertain industrial property disputes, as provided for in Law No. 17-97 on the Protection of Industrial Property, irrespective of the nature of the parties.'
