'The Resolution contains provisions authorising the Customs Department to adopt the implementing provisions necessary for the application of the Law on the Protection of Intellectual Property in the Field of Import and Export of Goods (forms of applications, establishment of the amount of security, detailed provisions on notification of the holder of intellectual property rights, detention, storage, inspection and sampling of goods suspected as infringing intellectual property rights).'
