The Patents Rules (S 1/1995) were issued pursuant to sections 42, 110 and 115 of the Patents Act (Chapter 221).
The Rules has two revised editions: the 1993 Revised Edition and the 2007 Revised Edition.
This 2007 Revised Edition of the Patent Rules incorporates all the amendments up to the Patents (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2017 (S 573/2017), which entered into force on October 30, 2017.
