Year of Version 2015 Dates Adopted: January 8, 2015 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter IP Regulatory Body, Industrial Property Notes This Order No. 1 of January 8, 2015 provides for the repeal of paragraph 2 of 'Order of the Chairman of Sakpatenti No. 1 of January 12, 2011, on Approval of the Statute on Patent Attorneys of Georgia', which read: '2. On the basis of the Regulations on Patent Attorneys of Georgia approved by Presidential Decree No. 223 of May 8, 2002, registered patent attorneys are certified in accordance with the procedures established by the said Regulations until January 1, 2013;'.
