The said amending Law No. 1917 of December 23, 2017 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version:
- Chapter IV, Article 32, paragraph 5^1 (added);
- Chapter VI, Article 52, paragraph 1, subparagraph b) (amended);
- Chapter VIII, Article 57, paragraphs 1, 3 & 4 (amended), paragraph 3^1 (added);
- Chapter IX, Article 59 (amended), Article 60, paragraphs 3 to 5 (repealed), and Article 61 (repealed).
